To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Deposits A deposit may be required when booking certain services. Deposits are applied toward your appointment total and are non-refundable if cancellation policies are not followed. Guests To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure client safety, guests and children who are not receiving services are asked to remain at home. Health & Contraindications Please inform your esthetician of any medications, allergies, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, or health conditions that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in modification or refusal of service for safety reasons. Lash Appointments Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, strip lash adhesive, and oils whenever possible. Excessively dirty lashes may require additional cleansing time and could affect appointment results. Waxing Services Hair should be grown out to approximately ¼ inch (about the length of a grain of rice) for optimal waxing results. Please discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, or other products that may increase skin sensitivity in the treatment area as directed before your appointment. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are not offered on services rendered. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact Defined Esthetics within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Right to Refuse Service Defined Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if contraindications, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns are present. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
